Công dụng chính

  • Tách dầu khỏi khí nén: Đảm bảo khí nén đầu ra sạch, phục vụ các thiết bị và quy trình sản xuất.

  • Giảm hao hụt dầu: Hạn chế thất thoát dầu, giúp tiết kiệm chi phí bảo trì.

  • Bảo vệ thiết bị: Tránh dầu đi vào hệ thống khí nén gây hỏng hóc thiết bị sau.

✅ Các loại lọc tách dầu Atlas Copco

  1. Lọc tách dầu trong (gắn trong bình tách dầu):

    • Dùng cho dòng máy trục vít có bình chứa dầu.

    • Thay thế định kỳ 3.000–4.000 giờ vận hành.

  2. Lọc tách dầu ngoài (spin-on):

    • Dạng giống lọc dầu ô tô, vặn ren.

    • Dễ thay thế hơn, nhưng vẫn cần đúng mã kỹ thuật.

✅ Thời gian thay thế đề xuất

  • Lọc tách dầu: mỗi 3.000 - 4.000 giờ vận hành hoặc theo hướng dẫn nhà sản xuất.

  • Nếu lọc bị tắc sẽ dẫn tới giảm hiệu suất máy, tăng áp suất ngược, hao dầu, hoặc máy tự động ngắt.

✅ Dấu hiệu cần thay lọc tách dầu

  • Khí đầu ra có mùi hoặc vết dầu.

  • Áp suất dầu tăng bất thường.

  • Cảnh báo lỗi từ bảng điều khiển máy nén.

  • Hao hụt dầu nhanh chóng.

✅ Lưu ý khi thay lọc

  • Dùng phụ tùng chính hãng hoặc tương đương chất lượng cao.

  • Luôn thay lọc tách cùng với lọc dầu và lọc gió để tối ưu hiệu suất máy.

  • Xả áp suất bình dầu trước khi thay.
