Dầu máy nén khí Atlas Copco là sản phẩm dầu bôi trơn chuyên dụng, được thiết kế và sản xuất bởi Atlas Copco - thương hiệu hàng đầu thế giới về giải pháp máy nén khí công nghiệp đến từ Thụy Điển. Dầu Atlas Copco được phát triển để đáp ứng các yêu cầu khắt khe của máy nén khí trục vít và piston, đảm bảo hiệu suất vận hành tối ưu, độ bền cao và bảo vệ máy móc trong các điều kiện làm việc khắc nghiệt. Sản phẩm đạt các chứng nhận chất lượng quốc tế như ISO 9001, ISO 14001 và phù hợp với tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ môi trường.

Phân loại dầu Atlas Copco

Dầu Atlas Copco có hai loại chính, phù hợp với các dòng máy nén khí khác nhau:

Dầu gốc khoáng:

  • Thời gian sử dụng: Lên đến 4,000 giờ hoặc 1 năm (tùy điều kiện nào đến trước).
  • Đặc điểm: Phù hợp cho máy nén khí trục vít ngâm dầu trong các ứng dụng công nghiệp thông thường. Dầu gốc khoáng cung cấp khả năng bôi trơn tốt, giảm ma sát và bảo vệ các bộ phận máy khỏi hao mòn.
  • Đóng gói: Phuy thép 209 lít, can nhựa 20 lít hoặc 5 lít.
  • Ví dụ sản phẩm: Dầu Roto Inject Fluid 2901052200.

Dầu gốc tổng hợp:

  • Thời gian sử dụng: Lên đến 8,000 giờ hoặc 2 năm (tùy điều kiện nào đến trước). Đối với máy nén khí không dầu dòng Z, thời gian sử dụng có thể đạt tới 16,000 giờ (cho công suất >55kW).
  • Đặc điểm: Được thiết kế cho máy nén khí không dầu và máy nén khí trục vít hoạt động trong điều kiện khắc nghiệt (nhiệt độ cao, áp suất lớn). Dầu gốc tổng hợp có khả năng chịu nhiệt vượt trội, giảm cặn bẩn và kéo dài tuổi thọ máy.
  • Đóng gói: Phuy thép 209 lít, can nhựa 20 lít hoặc 5 lít.
  • Ứng dụng: Phù hợp cho các ngành công nghiệp yêu cầu khí nén sạch như thực phẩm, dược phẩm, y tế.

Ứng dụng của dầu Atlas Copco

Dầu Atlas Copco được sử dụng rộng rãi trong:

  • Máy nén khí trục vít ngâm dầu: Bôi trơn, làm mát và làm kín khe hở trục vít, giảm hao mòn và tăng hiệu suất.
  • Máy nén khí không dầu: Cung cấp khả năng bôi trơn cho các bộ phận như vòng bi, bánh răng, đảm bảo khí nén sạch, phù hợp với các ngành yêu cầu độ tinh khiết cao.
  • Các ngành công nghiệp: Thực phẩm, dược phẩm, y tế, hóa chất, khai thác mỏ, dệt may, điện tử, và năng lượng tái tạo.

Lưu ý khi sử dụng

  • Lựa chọn đúng loại dầu: Tham khảo khuyến cáo từ nhà sản xuất để chọn loại dầu có độ nhớt và đặc tính phù hợp với dòng máy và điều kiện vận hành.
  • Thay dầu định kỳ: Để đảm bảo hiệu suất, nên thay dầu sau mỗi 4,000 giờ (dầu gốc khoáng) hoặc 8,000 giờ (dầu gốc tổng hợp), hoặc sớm hơn nếu môi trường làm việc nhiều bụi bẩn hoặc nhiệt độ cao.
  • Sử dụng sản phẩm chính hãng: Mua dầu từ các nhà phân phối uy tín như iAIR Việt Nam, PSI Việt Nam, hoặc các đại lý chính thức của Atlas Copco để đảm bảo chất lượng và bảo hành.
  • Bảo quản đúng cách: Lưu trữ dầu trong môi trường khô ráo, tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp và nhiệt độ cao để duy trì chất lượng.
